Print orders are usually fulfilled within a 2-4 week period. As soon as an order is received and processed, the prints are prepared and inspected before being sent to the purchaser. The buyer is informed of any delays in processing or shipping.
Print Quality and Authenticity
All print sales are directed through photographer. We inspect each print before shipping the order to the buyer. We process all prints to professional archival standards. All prints are signed and numbered on either the front or back of the artwork.
Domestic print orders are sent from directly to the buyer via a 3 Day, insured service. Print orders sent outside the United States travel via an insured air service. We are happy, however, to accomodate any special circumstances or requirements that you, as the buyer, may require. Please call or email us with your request.
Payment Options and Information
All prices are in USD (United States Dollars). We accepts orders from any country. When paying by credit card from outside the United States, your credit card will be billed in your local currency of the equivalent of the retail U.S. Dollar price of the print purchased.
We accept all returns from our collectors under our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. You may, for any reason, return artwork purchased from our site if you notify us of your intent to do so within 14 days of receipt of shipment. You will receive a full refund less the shipping charges as long as the artwork is returned in the same condition as when it was first shipped. No reimbursement is made for any shipping expense incurred in returning the artwork to us.
In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately before taking any action. Upon contacting us you will be instructed as to what to do, which may involve keeping the artwork until a claim is filed with the carrier service involved.
